'Incidental damages' are defined in UCC 2-710 as 'any commercially reasonable charges, expenses or commissions incurred in stopping delivery, in the transportation, care and custody of goods after the buyer's breach, in connection with return or resale of the goods or otherwise resulting from the breach.'


The draftsmen's comment to the section states that the purpose is to 'authorize reimbursement of the seller for expenses reasonably incurred by him as a result of the buyer's breach.'
