[[00349]]Section 2-706(1) provides that if the seller acts in good faith and in a commercially reasonable manner, he may recover the difference between the resale price and the contract price, together with any incidental damages allowed under 2-710, less expenses saved.
Section 2-706(2) goes on to permit resale at public or private sale. Of critical importance here is the requirement of 2-706(3) which provides that where an aggrieved seller resells goods which are the subject of a breach at a private sale, he must give the buyer 'reasonable notification of his intention to resell.'
