A conveyance by such an one, with infeftment thereon, and consequent possession, and acts of ownership for forty years renders the possessor's title unassailable, except on the ground of falsehood, Act 1617, cap. 12. Within the prescriptive period, the objection that the title proceeded a non domino, is fatal.
