Facts

H and W were divorced in 1991, and H was awarded sole legal custody of their two minor children. H is a member of the Church of Latter Day Saints (Mormon) and is raising the two children as Mormons. W is Catholic. On Christmas, Easter and Mother's Day, W took the two children with her to Catholic services. H objected and unsuccessfully sought a court order preventing her from doing this in the future. H appealed.
