Facts

Wolinsky (P) sought damages from her condominium association and management company. In August 1978, P sought to buy unit 21F and then sell her unit 4D. The board exercised its first right of refusal in violation of its articles. P sued for violations of the articles and for discrimination because of her status as a single parent with children. The complaint was dismissed. P appealed.
