Facts

Williams (P) filed a claim or religious discrimination against Huron (D) because she sought leave from her teaching schedule to observe certain Jewish Holy Days. The complaint was filed in the Oakland County Circuit Court, and D had the case removed to federal court based on the federal questions (the violation of Title VII Civil Rights Act. P sought to have the case remanded back to state court contending that her state law claims predominate.
