State v. Rocker

475 P.2d 684 (1970)

Facts

Police got a phone call that there were nude sunbathers on the beach. They went, and they saw the nude sunbathers. Ds were arrested for indecent exposure. It was admitted that at no time were Ds engaged in anything but sunbathing. At the time of their arrest there were also other nude sunbathers at the same beach. Ds were convicted and appealed; they contend that intent was not proven beyond a reasonable doubt.
