State v. Peterson

213 Minn. 56, 4 N.W.2d 826 (1942)

Facts

Peterson (D) urged Anderson to burn her house down for insurance money. D then asked Anderson not to burn the house down before Anderson did so. Anderson set the fire, and he and D were convicted of arson. D appealed; she had withdrawn prior to the act and therefore could not be guilty as an accomplice.
