Samms v. Eccles

358 P.2d 344 (1961)

Facts

P was alleged to be a respectable married woman and that she did not encourage D in any way. From May to December 1957, D repeatedly and persistently called her by phone at various hours soliciting her to have illicit sexual relations and that D even came to P's residence and made an indecent exposure. P sued for $1,500 and punitives. The trial court dismissed the action.
