Facts

D's car broke down near P's garage. D requested P to look at the car and after so doing told him to fix it. The repair proved costlier than D wished. P sued D for $104.70 and was given the verdict. During trial, P used his time books to back up his claims for the money due. D objected, and the verdict went to P. D appealed.
