Eastern (D) sold land to Riste (P) with the restriction that the property could only be sold to people who agree with the tenants of the Assembly of God Church. P wanted to sell his property free of the restrictions and D refused. P sued for a declaration that the restrictions were invalid and for reformation of the deed.
