Facts

Polo (P) worked as a hospital clerk. P sued Ds for sexual harassment. P claimed Rodriquez sent sexual text messages and invitations from anonymous accounts. P eventually discovered it was Rodriguez who was sending the messages. P filed a complaint and was fired by CPS. Ds elicited information from P regarding P’s sexuality and texting relationships with other known and unknown men, Ds seek to introduce that evidence at trial.
