Facts

Bowley (D) was charged with engaging in oral copulation. D's accomplice was the only witness against him. The accomplice's testimony was the only foundation for the introduction as evidence of a film showing the two of them engaging in oral copulation. This film was the only evidence corroborating the accomplice's testimony. D was convicted. D appealed the admission of this film into evidence.
