People In Interest Of S.P.B.

651 P.2d 1213 (1982)

Facts

P.D.G. (F) disputed a child support order that was issued after it was determined that S.P.B. was the biological child of F. F disputed this determination on grounds of due process and equal protection; F claimed he had a right to have the child aborted and he even offered to pay for the abortion. C.F.B. (M) did not agree to the abortion, and because she did not, F claims that he is not liable for any support.
