Parker v. Hoefer

100 A.2d 434 (1953)

Facts

P testified that her husband stayed out many nights very late, and come in from four to eight in the morning and sometimes not at all until a day later. P then noticed her husband's and D's reactions to him. P testified that there was great intimacy between them and that D was absorbed in him. P also testified that her husband's appearance was abnormal; he was exhausted and had lipstick on his collar, smelled from drinking and looked very haggard. P also visited her husband's room at the Gibson Hotel and noticed pictures of D, women's gloves, perfume, cigarettes with lipstick on them and flowers. D objected to the evidence about how D appeared to P. Judgment went to P and D appealed.
