An order, dated June 1, 1998, 'enjoining Carol Publishing Group, Inc. and Sam Ramer, their agents, servants, employees, attorneys, successors, and assigns, and all persons, firms and corporations acting in concert with them, from printing, duplicating, manufacturing, publishing, distributing, marketing, advertising, promoting, soliciting or accepting orders for, selling or offering for sale The Joy of Trek” was issued. An estimated 1,200 to 1,500 copies of The Joy of Trek had been purchased from retailers and distributors, and 1,000 copies had been returned to D.
