Orlando was ordered by the United States Army to report to transfer to Vietnam. P commenced an action to enjoin the Secretary of Defense, Laird (D) and the Secretary of the Army and commanding officers from enforcing their deployment orders. The District Court ruled against D. The Supreme Court denied certiorari.
