Facts
The FSLIC sued on behalf of Mt. Vernon S&L (P) to hold MIW Investors of Washington, a limited partner in Partridge Associates (D) personally liable on obligations of the limited partnership. The corporation American Housing Inc. is the general partner of Partridge. MIW owned a 50% limited partnership interest in Partridge and participated in periodic operational meetings concerning projects.
