M.T. v. J.T.

355 A.2d 204 (1976)

Facts

M.T. (P) filed a complaint in Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court for support and maintenance. J.T. (D) interposed as a defense that P was a male and that the marriage was void. A trial judge determined that P was a female and D was her husband and that D was ordered to pay $50 per week on support. D appealed.
