Facts

Berg (D), attorney at law, had sex with his clients and took advantage of their emotional instability and lack of financial resources during his representation of them. The most disturbing incident by far was his methods used to hunt down one former client, A.C., and his showing up unannounced at her children's school misrepresenting himself to be a social worker and not an attorney at law.
