Facts

D erected a ten-foot-high concrete wall entirely upon her own land, three inches from the party line and D's kitchen. The effect of the wall was to block P's kitchen windows and to prevent the passage of light and air into them. P sued in equity. The court decreed that the height of the wall be reduced from ten feet to six feet. D appealed.
