Facts

D was convicted in state court for committing a crime against nature by forcibly performing cunnilingus on a neighbor. The court of appeals affirmed rejecting D's claim that the statute was unconstitutionally vague. The Tennessee Supreme Court denied certiorari. D filed this habeas writ. The federal court rejected D's claim of unconstitutional vagueness and denied relief. The appeals court heard the case.
