Facts

Lazarevic (H) filed a petition to stop Fogelquist (W) the custodial parent from taking their son Adrian to Saudi Arabia in relation to W's husband's job. There was substantial and strong evidence that the boy had a strong and loving relationship with both parents and had two step-siblings that were going to go to Saudi Arabia. The trial court found for W and H appealed.
