Facts
P sought to recover $1,530.22 as attorney fees and expenses incidental to the incorporation of Aldrehn (D). Three parties proposed to incorporate, and P was informed that his services would be required. P performed the services and incurred expenses, and there was no doubt that they agreed to pay P $1,500 for his services. The question was whether the promoters could legally bind the defendant corporation.
