Jones v. Jones [

1916] 2 A.C. 481, House of Lords, 1916.

Mrs. Jones (D) imputed moral misconduct between P and a Mrs. Ellen Roberts (P, a single man, had sex with a married woman), the wife of the occasional janitor of the school. P sued D in slander.
