Facts

The government issued a grand jury subpoena to D's attorney. The attorney was representing D in connection with a grand jury investigation of income tax and controlled substance violations. P sought informal disclosure of the amount, form, and date of payment of legal fees. The lower court denied D's motion to quash the subpoena. D appealed.
