Hill v. Skinner

81 Ohio.App. 375, 79 N.E.2d 787 (1947)

Facts

Hill (P), a four-year-old, filed suit against Skinner (D) for injuries he allegedly suffered when D's dog bit him. At trial, there was no evidence of the attack, or injury to P other than P's testimony. D argued that P was not a competent witness because of his age. D appeals a judgment in P's favor.
