Facts

Appellant seeks a modification of a trust she created in 1923 reserving the income with a spendthrift restraint for life and a general power of appointment by will, the unappointed remainder on her death to her next of kin. The trust was expressly declared irrevocable. She has plead the doctrine of worthier title, and as the sole beneficiary of the trust under this doctrine, she may revoke or modify under accepted principles of trust law. The trial court denied the relief requested. This appeal resulted.
