Hart v. Brown

289 A.2d 386 (1972)

Facts

Ps wanted to have a kidney transplant operation between identical twins to save the life of the one whose kidneys were failing. Ds were the doctors who were to perform the surgery, but they refused to do so until the Ps got authority from the court affirming Ps ability to give their consent to the operation between the minor twins. An action for declaratory judgment was placed before the court.
