Facts

Tenant appealed the decision in favor of her landlord to evict her. Tenant claimed that the eviction was retaliatory because she had reported the premises to the Housing Division. The trial court ruled that evidence of the landlord's purpose in bringing the action was inadmissible and directed a verdict for the landlord.
