D was convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol. The trial court placed him on probation provided he affix to his personal vehicle a bumper sticker reading, 'CONVICTED D.U.I. -- RESTRICTED LICENSE.' D appealed contending that this violated his constitutional rights under U.S. Const. amends. I and VIII.
