The guaranty was executed after P and Gerald had separated D contends that the agreement is void as against public policy as it was intended to induce Gerald to divorce P. After the guarantee was executed, P and Gerald got a divorce, then Gerald married D. D then obtained a divorce from Gerald, and then Gerald stopped making payments required under the separation agreement. D contends that the guarantee is unenforceable as being contrary to public policy because it promoted divorce. Judgment was given to P and D appealed.
