Facts

The lower court held that restraints promulgated by the York Center Community Cooperative, Inc. were valid and directed five plaintiff families to reconvey their properties they occupy to the association. They appealed. Pages 974 and 975, Casner 3rd, contain a synopsis of the York restraints on alienation.
