Facts

Browdy (D) delivered $42,393.10 worth of goods on a bailment contract to Watuppa Finishing for processing. Watuppa regularly assigned its accounts to Falls River (P). P advanced Watuppa $7,596.93 and took accounts receivable as security after notifying D of the assignment of $9,496.16. P sued D for $7,596.93. P was awarded the judgment.
