Facts

Defendant got a life estate with the power to consume the principal of the estate for her individual benefit and support. Plaintiffs got what was left of the estate upon the death of D. D remarried and with the $90,000 she had at her disposal moved both herself and her husband to California, and he quit working and just lived the good life off D's inheritance. Ps were nonetheless upset and took this suit to demand a bond to protect their rights as remaindermen.
