Facts

Patricia and Anthony were married and had two children. Both of the children are now emancipated. A divorce was filed in 1984. W is currently employed at a clerical position with her net income being $926 per month. H is disabled who gets $635 per month from a disability pension. The parties were unable to agree to the disposition of the disability benefits but did agree that W's share of them would be $50 per week.
