Facts

Francis (W) and Edwin (H) were divorced with a settlement agreement incorporated therein. W was given custody of the children and H would pay a certain amount of money each month in lieu of alimony. Two years later due to the health problems of W, H took custody of the children and petitioned the court for permanent custody and termination of his monthly payments to W. The matter was heard and W was awarded 1/4 the payments. W appealed.
