Facts

Three doctors formed a medical partnership. Seven years after it was formed, Jarvis (P) withdrew. The written contract for the partnership had specific provisions regarding the withdrawal of one partner and the dissolution of the partnership. The Trial Court held the contract inapplicable to the facts since a statutory dissolution had occurred.
