Facts
H and W were divorced in 1981. W got the two children and H was ordered to pay $250 per week. In 1985, that was increased to $1,400 per month along with certain detailed visitation rights. H sought intercession again to hold W in contempt for violating the visitation order. W moved to modify child support. The judge did not find W in contempt and then increased H’s child support obligation to $1,550 for the remaining daughter. H appealed the award of child support.
