During trial for the damages to a door from an accident, several of the jurors propounded one or two questions with reference to electric motors and their operation. These questions were directed to an expert witness, Mr. Diehl. Counsel took objection to this procedure after the jury retired. The verdict went to P and D motioned to set aside the verdict as contrary to the evidence.
