Facts
Rachel (M) was the natural mother of Gregory, a minor child. Gregory was 11 and unemancipated and filed for a termination of parental rights. Others joined the fray and eventually even though its petition was granted the other lawsuits on his behalf obviated the need to consider his petition. M's rights were terminated, and the child was given in adoption to his foster parents. M appealed.
