Facts

In the course of representing a Mr. Wallace, Attorney Boeckeler interviewed witness John Doe and made a contemporaneous memorandum of that conversation. Wallace then waived his attorney-client privilege. The Grand Jury subpoena Beockeler to turn over all documents relating to Wallace and any witnesses. Beockeler refused under the work product doctrine. An in camera hearing was held.
