Facts
H and W were married in 1957 and W was 57 and H was 58 at the time of their divorce. The children from the marriage were both emancipated. At divorce, H owed $32,000 in medical expenses, and W owed about $2,800. The appeals court held that these debts should be paid by each respective spouse. This appeal resulted over alimony and the division of the medical debts.
