Facts
Mary transferred certain property to a trust company to pay the income to herself for life, remainder to Adelaide, the trustor's sister. The settlor reserved the power during her life to amend, revoke, alter, or terminate the trust. Appellants contend that since the named remainderman was not living at the time of death of Mary, a resulting trust arise in favor of the heirs of the trustor. The trial court ruled it a vested remainder
