Facts

H and W were divorced with a minor son. H was in prison. H filed a request for visitation. W objected. The court held that it would not be in the child's best interests to allow such visitation, and it is the court's policy to deny a request for a minor's visitation with an inmate when the custodial parent objects. H appealed.
