Facts
Bronston was the principal of Samual Bronston Productions, Inc. (P). In 1964, P filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. In 1966, Bronston underwent a debtor's examination. He was questioned about whether or not he had ever had a Swiss bank account. His response was that his company had never had one. This was true but did not answer the question. He had a personal Swiss account of $180,000, but he failed to mention it.
