A judge's order directing parties, attorneys, and witnesses to refrain from publicly discussing the facts and issues of the case. A gag order against the press is presumed unconstitutional with a very heavy burden to rebut the presumption. A order to bind and gag an unruly defendant to prevent further interruptions.
