Jackson v. Sears, Roebuck & Co.

315 P.2d 871 (1957)

Facts

Sears (P) sued Jackson (D) for the balance due on an account. P got the judgment and executed against real property that D owned five days before the judgment was actually entered. D contends that because there was no valid judgment on the date of execution, that the subsequent proceedings, including execution, sale, and delivery of sheriff's deed were void and null.
