Facts

The trial court determined that the documents presented for probate were a will. The Appellants asserts that notwithstanding the written recitals, the actual testimony adduced at the hearing left the proof of proper execution deficient in certain areas; it did not affirmatively declare itself the will, nor did he request the witnesses to act as such.
