Facts

Del Pol (P) sued out an injunction to prevent Sohlke (D) from rendering services as a danseuse to anyone other than P. P claimed that her breach of the contract would inflict irreparable harm upon P. P and D had signed a contract where D was to dance for P and was also prohibited from dancing at other theatres.
